Second, you must apply for Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) from Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). Next, you just must wait for ESDC to decide whether you can be absorbed to the employer to fill the job! But you must keep in mind that, different job has different requirements along the process.
